We've Overlooked Our Carrying Capacity

Earth has lost 30% of its arable land in just the last forty years. The world's soil is eroding at ten to a hundred times the rate that can be generated. Even though they say we have 60 years left, we're not going to use every last ounce of soil available out there. It'll hit a point where we hit a peak in top soil availability as well and therefore the food production peaks.
