The Future of Human Rights
Do you think we will see technology have some sense of like qualia or some feeling of sensation that we'll have to declare, you know, human like? Do you think that that's attainable? I think that it's going to be impossible to know really what they're feeling. There was a proposal in the European Parliament about whether we should deem algorithms electronic persons. And yeah, I definitely think that that is going to happen probably sooner than we think.
