The Importance of Expanding an Existing Facility

When you're considering buying a facility or even developing, there's probably three or four items that you're like must have these things. I want to talk about the ability to expand and what other elements do you believe are needed in order for you to make the decision to purchase? Russ: You know, when we're looking at an existing facility, we want to make a two to two and a half X return when we exit on a property that's usually within five years. And if you were betting on taking that to a different place, you need to look into the market, then you shut yourself from the foot.
