If the stock bounces, I think you're looking for levels to get out of your long or maybe even to establish a short position vis-a-vis options. On the downside, if it were to fail, you look for another test of that downtrend line and try to your point, buy it for a trade. And nothing to me has changed at all. When you're in the middle of the channel, you're basically flipping a coin.
