Some people don't use top down when they should. So if you've ever been in that situation where you're listening, and then you don't understand like one word, and you just freeze and you just can't understand the rest of what's said,. Then you're too you're being overly reliant on your bottom up strategy. And some people might actually get caught up with specific words and be like, wat, what are you saying?
