In the early 1990s, Japan had a real estate crash and they no longer had the capital to be able to invest in the newest Fabs. So all of a sudden, there was this huge scarcity on the market and we got it. Back then DRAMPS were traded on the gray market. There was really no real pricing for memory and for chips at that time. It was very driven by rumors and speculation.
