In Numbers 21 14, Moses refers to this song that's quoted in the books of the wars of the Lord. Now is that like a Roman Catholic apocryphal book? What is that? We have no remaining exemplar or witness to this document. This is evidently an ancient document to which Moses had access. It shows us that they were literate and they had libraries.
