DNA evidence led investigators to one of the country's most notorious serial killers. The man responsible for numerous rapes and murders was finally apprehended after 43 years using genetic genealogy. C.C. Moore is known for her work on the PBS show Finding Your Roots. It only took me two hours to come to the identification of who I believed to be Tanya and J's killer. This is a person who had eluded Capture investigation for 31 years and you were able to identify this person in two hours. That's the power of genetic genealogism. We were struck by lightning twice.
