One solution to the noise problem there is guidelines and guidelines could be very expensive to generate but often you have the evidence and they're not expensive to generate so benefits really really high costs not so high. Another thing that's done informally by forecasters and in medicine and in law and engineers and I'm on fingerprint experts don't just ask one ask for and take the aggregate or the majority if you take the majority of the aggregate in some sense that really cuts noise now.
