Doctors Say About Medical Malpractice Reforms

The purpose of the med mal system is just keep you from taking the law and justice into your own hands and exacting revenge on that doctor through violence which is something that happens in parts of the world still where they don't have a functioning medical mal practice system places like China. Doctors propose reforms to that system it's not to protect patients by making health care more affordable it's just to protect doctors from higher medical malpractice liability insurance premiums or higher awards. A new book published at the Cato Institute also by David Hyman Charlie Silver and a couple of other scholars that looks at the effect of the reforms that doctors have been begging for for all these years has made health care better for patients.
