We're doing a much better job of that because people want to react to other people's opinions. The same thing like testimonials do really well for econ brands, right? Like social proof is huge. I think the same thing applies to content and social media. Opinions, personal anecdotes just resonate with people a lot. There's ways to capitalize on that.
