Is There Any One Who's Hit Harder by the Leak?
It's very rare that supreme courts reverse themselves on an issue, on any given issue, right? And this has certainly happened in this case. Is there any one who is hit harder, in a sense, by this then the burgeoning common good conconstitut alism philosophy? It could have very well been someone who leaked who desired just such right to either soften the reaction or to motivate to lock the court's deliberation in where they were at the time of the draft.
