It has to take this high high priority in your life I am unburdening every single part of me. Daily work not turning away not dropping into parts work then two weeks forgetting about your parts and then coming back if that is happening to you. You need to start with the part of you that keeps taking you away from this work whether it's externally prioritizing other people over you or a part that's scared you can't really do it. It could be so many things but that's your starting point because it has to be when you're moving through circuit three intentional parts work again and again and again  and unburdening now once you've unburdened several waves of parts
