How to Overcome an Urge to Eat

When we have an urge is to just kind of ease into that urge and recognize that that we're having a craving. If there's an emotion underlying that urge the answer isn't food so we can find other strategies right? Dr. Ramon: I would recommend that they reach out to their health care provider and let them know and not feel ashamed to do it but think of it as just as you would talk about your asthma or your allergies or your headaches this is a health issue.
