The FAA Investigates the Flight of a 767

A United Airlines 767 lost an evacuation slide on approach to Boston. The crew had no idea that this had happened. There's apparently no no alert for this on the e-cast system that the flight is so yeah, that was a question that I was going to pose to folks who are listening to the podcast. And if you are a 767 pilot, I know a few 767 pilots listen to the podcasts. If you have any information on this, I would be interested to hear from you.
