The Argument That Congress Shouldn't Make Important Decisions
The idea here is that, like, if the fda is deciding whether to approve a drug, you want that decision to be made by scientists who know something about whether that drug works. So why should these decisions be made by unelected bureaucrats and not by people who have actually been elected to make these kinds of decisions? i think wering to see those questions recur with alarming frequency over the next few years.
