How to Command a Pitcher, You Know?

i didn't even realize, you knowver have any understanding of what kind of pitcher i was. I did a lot of home work and mental conditioning that two thousand five or two thousand four off season,. Came into camp camot throwing the ball well and and fell great in dis try to carry it over in to that two thousand 5 season. So all those examples that i got to see coming up at the chicago cub definitely helped me along the way at some point. But again, as the pitcher, as the individual, as the athlete, to do the work. The strength part of it really got me back into the zone. I was able to command my pitcers a lot better
