What Is a Good Design Concept?

In one of your padcats, you mention that a good design concept is one that has political, formal and social impact. I am struggling to understand the link between this and the concept driver or party statements and diagrams. How would you suggest yo rapid o together into clear and coherent at the start of the project? I cant write. So a part diagram is aa drawing typically, or model, but it's a formal thing that expresses the main, big gesture of the building. And then that obviously has to become, not an ata drawing, let's say, and become a building at some point.
