I'm wondering if basically growing solutions, your company being like a picture book example of how it can work, if that has had an awesome positive impact for some of your customers maybe embracing this model of work more. It's really hard to answer because every company is different, every person is different. And we really kind of value the culture and respect the way they want to do things. But I'd like to hope we have helped customers with struggling in that transition.
