Petrograd - The Crimes of the Tsar
Viktor Sebastian: Tsar Nicholas of Russia abdicates after revolution in Petrograd. He says the Russian people have had enough of royal whims and want a new government. But his brother, Grand Duke Michael Alexandervitch, refuses to take over as head of state. Sebastian: The next day Vladimir Lenin is caught napping by young Bolsheviks who tell him there's been a revolution.
