Zhang Ha: A History of the Mongol Rebellion
According to legend, a Chinese general named Fu Yao Di came across a ten-year-old boy along the side of the road while in Yunnan. Zhu Yuan Zhang would send an army of 300,000 men into the province in 1381. The capital of the province, Kun Ming, would be captured a year later, ending the rebellion. 60,000 men were put to death by the Chinese.
