The Importance of Education in the Global Economy

Italy is still an advanced economy with very high standards of living by a global standard. It's easy to be a bit naive about this problem from that position. I won't put the blame neither on the receiving countries which basically are welcoming this talents nor on the on the talents themselves and those who you could say over-educated themselves in their home country. We should think about for instance how easy is it building a business? Are we building a country that is welcoming young, educated, up and coming individuals?
