Theological Language and Predestination Providence
In scripture, there's a way of talking about god that directs us. But whether or not it's literally true, in many cases, is not clear to me. I would put the providence at the level of being, at thelevel of the possible world. And so here we have a kind of ar ontologizing, perhaps, of providence. Instead of providence lying in divine intention towards the world, providence lies in the nature of the possible universe itself.
