Why Can't People Vote on Their Phone?

i feel like there are two major impediments. Number one is technological, where people are concerned that it would be hacked or fail in some way. And then the nature of the party primary process that we've been talking about - no one on either side has embraced mobile voting. There should not this ridiculous stand in line at our local gymnasium and have it be that people are somehow disenfranchised and locked out. Even when you consider why do we vote on tuesdays?
