In two thousand 16, i pretty much broke shannon and and pretty much our company because we were changing so much. It was very hard to take so many people through a change that was so abrupt. So i've learned a lot about pacing of change,. whie i can embrace change, jus just go and les, just do it. I i also needed to learn as a leader that this change affects a whole organization of people and it impacts its brand and impacts the market.
