Black Rock is starting to see kind of the entrepreneurial season. We moved here a little early June got our I was in South Beach, then did a couple weeks in brickwell and I've been now in midtown here since since August but was still working for black rock a year and three months ago. Yeah, I'm I really think we'll see the benefits of this space come September, October, November during the end of the year content during Later ship 30 cohorts things like that rather than Because we don't get that much use out of it right now.
