The Crybaby and Truman

Laura: The Truman scene is so brilliant I think and Gary Oldman plays it beautifully. You get the sense that this is a guy who is himself living in hell essentially or in kind of psychic hell but he has to push through. Laura: It's kind of like various moralizing right wing Republicans always turn out to be like total like perverts or they don't want to see any apologies for Hiroshima. She says people rely on you, nobody wants to hear you cry and with kitties way of being in she's like I've done bad stuff I own that bad stuff I feel no regrets.
