Are People Going to Pay You for This?

If you want to have a global impact, you need to be positioning yourself within a global problem. You've got to ascertain what the demand is and how that kind of matches up with your vision. And then also the profitability side of things. Are people going to pay for this? A ridiculous example that I quite often use when trying to articulate this to people is fresh air.
