Chuck Wins the Appeal and Is Granted Parole
On February 6th, 2015, Governor Jerry Brown reverses the parole board's decision and says, Nope, back in the fucking jail with you. On December 3rd, 2015, the California court of appeals for the first district vacates the reversal. Five days later, Chuck is actually granted parole on December 8th, 2015. He did 30 years 30. He did a hard 30. No shit. That is 40. That's 40 years. Jesus Christ. I think I think I'm going to parole anybody. Someone who did it when a teenager when he had, you know,ucking pussy and weed.
