The Connection Between Mystical and Spiritual Traditions
Sufis have always recognized that even though this was very much formed within Muslim religious vocabulary and traditions of Islam. Sufi masters like Nizamuddin Oliya who was a Chishti Sufi Sheikh in Delhi in the 14th century had Hindu devotees as well as Muslims. Whether those distinctions mattered is a real open question he was there to provide people guidance and teaching upon the true spiritual path.
