I went through reversed parenting at a very young age. My mamm was almost forty when i was born. In the i 19 fifties, that was unheard of. So i went through it in my late forties. I've had any number of clients who have parents, and i say, ok, what are you going to do when mom falls? Cause she will plan it out ahead of time. That should be part of your career plan. And if you have to go take care of mom, or you need the flexibility ihad. But we're seeing a lot of people who aren't, they're retiring in some ways. They're not giving up, but they're saying
