The agency want to be distributionally realistic. I think generally enforcement learning is a people do work in our domain but it's still very much a work in progress. It's tightly coupled to how good the simulator you can build, because reinforcement learning often requires you to play action forward for a long time before you see the outcome. And in that case, the simulator realism needs to be very high and so we we constantly work on the realism of our simulator.
