At that point you just become so confident. I feel like i became a lot more effective in the way that i spent my time, and deliver my conversations and proposals and pricing to customers. The key thing, i think, is staying motivated and staying organized. It's difficult to have the same pipe line that i had at the start of last year. So being able to use that expertise and focus on right the pareto principle, whateer the 20 % of activities that are going to yield my 80 % of results, is where it comes in.
