How Do You Evaluate a New Opportunity?

How do you evaluate a new opportunity and say, i'm going to this is an a symmetric opportunity right here? What things go on? Ad, what questions do you ask, and how do you make that determination? I wish there's a better science. And obviously we're till early days, and there's going to be a lot of pain in the future. But do see a lot of the really cool things coming from this.
