How to Pick a QB for the NFL Draft

The Rams are in a good position. They have the capital to make a move up for Jared Goff. The fact that they moved off of Hockinson as quickly as they did before his rookie contract ended, bodes well for this front office and suggests that they're not going to pot commit to players just because they drafted them highly. Are we missing anything? I don't think so. We will go through the team needs of the NFC playoff teams.
