How Do You Go About Levelling Up?
28 councils had their levelling up bids in a first round for a big pot rejected. That included areas that we know were on the government's top priority list, like knolsleyan blackpool. The other thing we did at them whch i je s if you really cared an you wanted to spend the same amount of money, you could increase the actual nominal value of it. But then it would cost you more, i suppose - or cost the cost the government more.
