This could be the starting point for your therapy. N five: A person who doesn't covet themselves despite being completely self respecting in other areas of your life. I need relationships to be tumultuous and volatile. I need to fight and i need to destroy them, and then we can come back together and feel safe. These painful feelings of low self worth can motivate a lot of very damaging behavior.
