At gogle, i started a weekly u x news letter that i sent to the company. The first thing i realized was that the majority of the organizations had no idea what we even did. I askd the leadership team, there were eight of them, and they came up with 21 unique personas. And so we worked for two days together, starting with 21 different persona, to boil it down to five, maybe six.
