How to Analyze Your Feelings to Improve Your Trading Strategy

If you had like a list of maybe six feelings or something. And each of those had like a one to 10 or an I one to six and the middle one was sort of like, you know, I suppose nonchalant or whatever... The bottom one was nervous the top one was confident or overconfident and then that's sort of what you need isn't it? That helped me so much just to understand because when you're in the moment ... You can't really you can't really assess how exactly you're feeling and how that's impacting your trading strategy my plan or your risk management overall.
