The Pavlovian Reaction to Development

I think a lot of people too are watching all this development happen. They just say you've lived in New York for the last 20 years. You've seen billionaires grow. Your rent has not got any cheaper. In fact, it's got to much worse. It's kind of hard to come around to the idea of all developments good. The other problem I think is that because when folks think of development very often, they think of billionaires' row.
