Data Is Good for Optimising
i think big product stuff generally does not come from any kind of data. Its more around our own intuitions. I'm very happy to trust data to a sortof tune an existing thing that we have created. Data wouldn't tell us what the steps should be. W have to come up with that structure ourselves. And then once you have the structure, then data is good for refining it and tuning it.
