The Evolution of Documentation in the Deaf Border World

Documentation bodies are internally sort of a grassroots type of thing. It comes normally from the bottom up because it starts with developers who have built interfaces into products that they produce. Now what we start seeing is that this is evolving and organizations are starting to ask like okay but well we have also other developer documentation and how can we bring that together? And it's really fascinating because ten years ago we would have built a documentation site in Drupal so now we're building a developer portal.
