Urgent and important are things that must get done or you're just not doing your job effectively. neglecting the top right box is not possible if you want to be a top performer. Not urgent and important tasks could look like creating a hiring road map or a one year product planning dock for the business. These first two boxes are your sweet spot, if you can alocate more than 75 % of your working time to these boxes.
