The three tech players i see in this sector is red fin, zello and open door. They seem to be the big players, at least in the public markets that i'm aware of, at least to potentially transform. clay: This industry just feels like a dinosaur industry. I think if you look at financial services, you would say, red tape and regulation. But real estate, the barriers to entry are quite low. It's why? You know, your mam and all our friends, or your dad and all his friends can become real estate brokers like that. The average american moves every seven years.
