Are Your Motivations Transparent?

People want trust before competence, absolutely. I think the approach that i discuss in the book is really about producing a long opportunity for people to continuously connect with you. So by doing it, taking a community approach over the long term, then a few things happen. One is i always have a reason to reach out and b top of mine. The more people that you meet through me, the more you become a part of my community. And one, i stave a top of mind more consistently. Two, you trust me more and more by being a conector to some degree.
