Vasopressin is maybe a better choice under those circumstances. You sure as hell don't want to be given a bunch of phenylaffrin, right? So I might choose vasopressin, norepinephrine, generally, diuresis, nasal dilators if needed. Depends on where you are in your pulmonary arterial hypertension journey. Right. But the principle, regardless of the etiology, the principles are the same. Can I improve the RV function somehow through diuresis,. RV after lid reduction? Is there some reserve that I can push it a little bit harder, or am I just trapped? Yeah.
