20 year old shannon exley was found dead in a vacant lot. She had been strangled with her own bra before being dragged through the overgrown area and dumped. Seamen from a number of different men were extracted, but none matched anyone on record. Her murder took place 15 years after jack untevega went to prison for similar crimes.
