What Bickers Is Right Thought
An essential part of our practice is first to discern the wholesome and the unwholesome patterns of thought. We can cultivate those which lead to our happiness, to the happiness of others. And we can learn, we can practise abandoning those, or letting go of those that cause suffering either to ourselves or others.
