Ukraine's Force Generation in Anticipation of High Mars

The global inventory is just not that robust. There's certainly more out there than Ukraine is being provided right now, but this is an area of underinvestment within our own force. So there's a structural issue there that needs to be, so that it's fixed in the years ahead. The longer range you give them, the more the Russians have to cope with it. But the Ukrainians have shown that once something comes on the scene, they put it to use right away.
