The Importance of Programming in Missions
Any kind of development programming background will be worth a lot. The other useful skills would be an MBA or management consulting experience. I think in the third sector generally and the charity well generally, there's often not much of a link between an organization's fundraising capacity and actually how good its operations are. If your operations are not, no one's going to buy your product.
